The first thing to do before starting is the disconnection of the battery of the car. First the negative then the positive terminal is removed. If there is any hole in the heat shield coating in the car then use it. Or else make a small hole that is big enough to fit the power wire and heat protective wire cover.

The panels present in the doors must be first loosened. This can be done by loosening the screws around it. Bring the power cable close to the fuse as near as possible. Then pull the other end out through the hole and put it under the carpet and then connect it to the panel.

The end of the power wire is hold nearest to the fuse holder which is under the hood. The other end of the power wire is fed into the hole drilled in the heat shield. The wire is fed continuously along the side of the car till the rear seats are reached. The wire is further fed under the rear seats through the small gaps till it reaches the trunk. From the trunk the wire is taken to the positive terminal of the amplifier. End of the wire is stripped and it is connected to the positive terminal of the amplifier.

The trunk\’s carpet is lifted to find the frame. A bolt is identified. It is loosened and the ring is soldered on the ground wire. The bolt is again tightened. The other side of the ground wire is connected to the negative terminal. The color coded ends of RCA wire are connected to the appropriate color outputs of the stereo receiver. RCA wire is run along the opposite side of the power wire. RCA is fed through the rear seats, trunk and then it is connected to the amplifier.

In the next step grounding of wire is done. A bolt is located and then tightened to secure the connection tight with the ring . This ring is covered with the ground wire. Electrical tapes are used for remote wire connections. These remote wires are finally connected to the receiver\’s output. The speaker wires are then made to connect with the positive and negative terminals of the amplifiers and speakers.

Take out the fuse which is present in the fuse holder. Power wire connection with the positive terminal is made correctly . To do this we need to remove and then again attach the terminal nut. The terminals are connected with the corresponding posts that is positive terminals with positive posts and negative terminals with negative ones. In the final step the fuse is put back into the holder Now let us look tips and warnings . If there are present in the fire wall there will be no necessity for drilling . Inserting the fuse back into the holder should be done only when all steps are completed that is only when all the wiring connections and attachments are made perfectly.
